What is Transactional Analysis (TA) Therapy?

Transactional Analysis, often called TA, is a type of therapy that helps you understand the patterns in how you think, feel, and relate to others. Many of these patterns were formed in childhood and can still shape how we live our lives today — sometimes in ways that hold us back.

TA therapy offers a space to gently explore these patterns, make sense of where they come from, and discover new, healthier ways of responding.
